Bandungan (Inmas Jepara) – Dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensi Humas Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah melalui Subbag Informasi dan Humas mengundang 40 admin website Kanwil dan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten / Kota di Jawa Tengah pada kegiatan Coaching Clinic bertema “Peningkatan Kompetensi SDM Kehumasan” Selasa s.d Kamis (25-27/09).
Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di Hotel Nuwis Bandungan rencana dilaksanakan selama 3 hari ini dengan narasumber kompeten bidang Informasi dan Kehumasan yang sudah mengikuti Pelatihan untuk Pelatih (TOT) sesuai bidangnya.
Kepala Subbag Informasi dan Humas Kanwil Kemenag Prov. Jawa Tengah, H. M. Afief Mundzir, S.Ag., M.Si. pada sambutan pembukaannya menyampaikan bahwa tuntutan peningkatan kompetensi SDM amat diperlukan bagi humas yang profesional diberbagai tingkat dari daerah sampai pusat, tidak terkecuali Humas di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten / Kota di Jawa Tengah.
Apresiasi kegiatan bisa terlaksana inovatif sebagai salah satu lima nilai Budaya Kemenag. “Terkait jenis kegiatan Coaching Clinic, Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah telah berhasil mengagendakan beberapa kegiatan peningkatan SDM bidang informasi dan humas. Hal ini perlu sebagai upaya penguatan informasi kepada masyarakat akan akuntabilitas dan peningkatan kinerja organisasi pemerintah yang diarahkan supaya setiap instansi pemerintah dapat mengelola dan mempertanggungjawabkan,” ungkap Afief
Bagi Humas Profesional yang sudah mendapatkan ilmu dari kegiatan ini diharapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya memanfaatkan pengetahuan-pengetahuan baru yang telah diterima. Tingkatkan kualitas diri Humas untuk menerjemahkan realitas pelayanan masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di kantor bekerjanya dikemas dalam informasi, imbuhnya.
Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Drs. H. Farhani, SH., MM yang turut hadir membuka acara Coaching Clinic Peningkatan Kompetensi SDM Kehumasan berharap kegiatan bisa berjalan dengan baik dan lancar, dan pengetahuan diharapkan bisa bermanfaat bagi kemajuan Kementerian Agama.
