Jepara – Kementerian Agama Kab. Jepara dalam hal ini Seksi Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam mengadakan Rapat Koordinasi Peningkatan Kompetensi Penyuluh Agama Islam Fungsional di Aula Lantai 2 Kementerian Agama Kab. Jepara, Kamis (15/02).
Hadir dalam kegiatan ini kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kab. Jepara, Nor Rosyid, yang sekaligus menjadi pembicara, Kepala Seksi BIMAS Islam, Muslih, serta dua pembicara tamu yakni Noor rohman Fauzan, dosen UNISNU Jepara, dan H. Sukardi, dari Koran Suara Merdeka. Dan Hadir pula seluruh penyuluh agama Islam fungsional se-kab. Jepara.
Dalam sambutannya Kepala Seksi BIMAS Islam, Muslih, menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini bertujuan agar kemampuan penyuluh dalam memberi pelayanan kepada masyarakat bisa lebih meningkat lagi.
“Penyuluh agama Islam mempunyai tugas yang berat, diantaranya yakni memperkuat dan menyatukan masyarakat dengan agama yang dianutnya masing-masing. Dan kami berharap penyuluh kedepannya mampu lebih meningkatkan kemampuannya lagi dalam menjawab tantang tugas tersebut” ujar Muslih.
Dan dengan kegiatan ini beliau berharap supaya penyuluh bisa mendapatkan bekal yang mudah terserap terkait informasi terbaru dalam bidang keagamaan.
“Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan bisa memberikan bekal responsif terkait informasi terbaru dalam bidang keagamaan” tutup Muslih.
Sementara itu, Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kab. Jepara, Nor Rosyid, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan tugas penyuluh harus selaras dengan visi dari kementerian agama yakni, terwujudnya masyarakat yang taat beragama, rukun, cerdas, dan sejahtera lahir batin dalam rangka mewujudkan Indonesia yang berdaulat, mandiri, dan berkepribadian berlandaskan gotong royong.
Dengan visi kementerian agama tersebut, beliau berharap supaya penyuluh bisa menjadi penguat kerukunan antar umat beragama.
“Penyuluh harus bisa menjadi penguat kerukunan antar umat beragama. Tidak hanya antar sesama pemeluk agama Islam, tetapi juga antara pemeluk agama Islam dengan pemeluk agama yang lainnya” ujar Nor Rosyid. (fm)
