Jepara – Education Management Information System (EMIS) sebagai pusat pendataan pendidikan Islam satu pintu sangat berperan dalam menunjang proses perencanaan dan pengambilan kebijakan program Pendis. Halaqoh FKPP (Forum Komunikasi Pondok Pesantren) di Pesantren Al Muniroh Bandungharjo Donorojo Jepara, Rabu (9/10) yang diselenggarakan oleh Seksi Pendidikan Diniyah dan Pondok Pesantren Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara yang diikuti oleh 50 peserta dari unsur pengasuh pesantren dan petugas pendataan EMIS.
Kepala Kantor yang diwakili oleh Kepala Seksi Pendidikan Diniyah dan Pondok Pesantren Kabupaten Jepara Sudirmato menyampaikan bahwa dengan kegiatan ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan kualitas data EMIS guna mendukung kebijakan pendataan pendidikan Islam satu pintu.
Agenda pada kegiatan kali ini adalah Evaluasi Pendataan EMIS, membahas permasalahan serta hasil pendataan yang telah dilaksanaan terutama di Pondok Pesantren. Kesulitan memperoleh data memang ada di Pendidikan Pondok Pesantren, karena data yang di inginkan adalah by name by address. Begitu juga dengan sosialisasi untuk Format Pendataan dan Pengenalan Aplikasi.
Disela-sela pengarahannya kepada unsur Pesantren, Kepala Seksi Pendidikan Diniyah dan Pondok Pesantren Kabupaten Jepara mengharapkan kepada seluruh lembaga pendidikan yang berada dibawah naungannya, agar dapat mengumpulkan data EMIS secara tepat waktu, lengkap dan akuntabel serta data EMIS harus ter-update secara periodik sehingga data EMIS dapat dimanfaatkan dan digunakan oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan untuk berbagai keperluan, terutama untuk mendukung perencanaan dan pengambilan kebijakan.
“Rancangan Undang-undang (RUU) Pesantren telah disahkan pemerintah untuk itu dimohon semua pesantren dan lembaga pendidikan untuk bisa menindaklanjuti administrasi lembaga yang dimiliki, jangan salahkan pemerintah jika dana bantuan tidak turun karena data yang kurang,” tegas Dirman (sn)
