Jepara – Saat ini pendidikan Madrasah sedang menghadapi tantangan berat, yaitu arus perubahan teknologi industri 4.0 dan tantangan moderasi beragama. Kondisi tersebut perlu disikapi secara bijak dan persiapan matang setiap program yang akan dilakukan.
Demikian ditegaskan Kepala MTs Negeri 1 Jepara, Dr. Hj. Umi Hanik, S.Ag. M.Pd. saat memberikan sambutan sekaligus membuka Rapat Kerja Persiapan (24/09) Seminar Nasional “Strategi Pengembangan Literasi Siswa untuk Menghadapi Revolusi 4.0 di Era Post Truth”, Rabu (09/10/2019) di Aula Utama MTs N 1 Jepara.
“Perkembangan era industri 4.0 jadi tantangan tersendiri bagi dunia pendidikan saat ini, termasuk Pendidikan Islam. Para guru mau tidak mau harus mempersiapkan diri untuk menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks. Dunia pendidikan harus menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman,” ungkapnya dihadapan 122 Guru dan tenaga kependidikan yang hadir.
Perubahan teknologi industri tidak terbendung dari revolusi industri 1.0 di mana tenaga digantikan dengan mesin, 2.0 mesin dilengkapi sistem komputer, 3.0 munculnya internet hingga era industri 4.0 yang sangat digital dan artificial intelligent.
“Bisa jadi 10-20 tahun ke depan siswa-siswi madrasah tidak memerlukan ruang kelas lagi. Sebab dunia mereka sudah melampaui batas ruang dan waktu. Hanya dengan duduk dan tiduran, anak-anak sekarang sudah bisa berselancar kemana-mana. Hanya dengan tiduran anak-anak sekarang bisa memesan apa saja yang diinginkan. Internet of things menjadi segala-galanya,” tambahnya dan berharap tantangan tersebut dapat disikapi dengan bijak.
Selain Revolusi Industri 4.0, madrasah juga menghadapi tantangan Moderasi Beragama. Siswa diharapkan berada diposisi tengah tidak terlalu ekstrim yang berorientasi pada penyimpangan- penyimpangan.
“Pendidikan madrasah mampu menjawab dua tantangan tersebut melalui tiga unsur penting, yakni aktor yaitu para guru, tenaga kependidikan, stakeholder, lingkungan dan fasilitas, untuk itu MTs N 1 Jepara siap menyelenggarakan Seminar Nasional” pungkasnya.
Turut hadir pada persiapan seminar nasional, Kabid Pendidikan Madrasah Kanwil Kemenag Propinsi Jawa Tengah Drs. H.A. Syaifullah, M.Ag. menyampaikan “Guru harus bisa menulis secara ilmiah tidak sekedar alamiah, begitu pula pengelola perpustakaan madrasah harus mampu mensinergikan perpustakaan berbasis digital. Sehingga Seminar Nasional ini harus diikuti”.
Seminar tersebut menghadirkan para pakar dan pemerhati pendidikan yaitu Drs. H. Abdur Rozaq Alkam, M.Ag., Dr. H. Kisbiyanto, M Pd., Drs. H.A. Syaifulloh, M.Ag., Andang Wahyu T, S E, M.M., dan Dr. Zastrouw Al-Ngatawi selaku Dosen PPs UNUSIA Jakarta. (sn)
