Jepara – Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara, Drs.H. Muh Habib, MM mengapresiasi Kelompok Bimbingan Ibadah Haji dan Umrah (KBIHU) karena ikut bekerjasama dalam melakukan pembinaan manasik haji dan umrah.
“KBIHU sangat membantu kami dalam hal pembekalan jemaah haji kaitannya dengan manasik haji”, kata Habib pada Pembinaan KBIHU Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 Angkatan III di Jepara Jawa Tengah. Rabu (14/10).
KBIHU (Kelompok Bimbingan Ibadah Haji dan Umrah), memiliki tugas untuk mengawal jemaah sebelum keberangkatan, saat keberangkatan dan saat kepulangan dengan tujuan jemaah haji dapat mendapatkan haji mabrur. Untuk pasca haji, kaitannya dengan menjaga kemabruran haji diurus oleh IPHI (Ikatan Persaudaraan Haji Indonesia).
Manasik haji sungguh penting yang dilandaskan pada UU Nomor 8 Tahun 2019 dimana Menteri Agama bertanggung jawab memberikan pembinaan haji kepada jemaah dan di ayat empat disebutkan bahwa pembinaan harus dilaksanakan secara terencana, terstruktur, terukur, terpadu sesuai standar pembinaan dan kesehatan.
Disamping Itu terdapat pula pada Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 79 tahun 2012 tentang bimbingan ibadah dan kesehatan, hak dan kewajiban jemaah haji.
Landasan perundang-undangan lainnya terdapat pada PMA nomor 13 tahun 2018 terkait dengan domain pembimbing ibadah harus bersertifikasi secara legal.
Perlu diketahui bahwa jumlah bimbingan manasik haji dilaksanakan sebanyak 10 kali di luar jawa dan 8 kali di jawa kecuali Banten dan DIY.
