Jepara – Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara dalam hal ini MIN 2 Jepara mengadakan Pembinaan Guru dan Karyawan bersama komite madrasah di Aula MIN 2 Jepara, (10/04).
Kegiatan ini dihadiri Ketua Komite dan pengurusnya, segenap guru dan karyawan MIN 2 Jepara.
Dalam sambutannya ketua komite MIN 2 Jepara, Ah. Rif’an menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan ini mempunyai agenda membahas unjuk kerja MIN 2 Jepara untuk masa yang akan datang.
“Agenda pembinaan kali ini akan membahas rencana kerja madrasah di masa yang akan datang guna mencapai target menjadi madrasah yang lebih maju dan mempunyai daya saing yang tinggi” ujar Rif’an.
Rif’an juga berharap pembinaan ini bisa menjadi motivasi dan dorongan semangat bagi guru dan karyawan MIN 2 Jepara agar bekerja lebih keras lagi dalam membawa MIN 2 Jepara lebih maju lagi kedepannya.
Sementara itu Kepala MIN 2 Jepara, Muhajir, menyatakan pembinaan ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi guru dan karyawan untuk menentukan berbagai kebijakan yang terkait dengan peningkatan mutu, serta kinerja guru sebagai ujung tombak pelaksanaan proses pendidikan di madrasah dalam menciptakan insan yang cerdas, komprehensif, dan berdaya saing tinggi.
Lebih lanjut, Wakil Ketua Komite MIN 2 Jepara, Khamdi, menambahkan Kepala Madrasah sebagai pimpinan tertinggi di suatu lembaga, memiliki peranan yang sangat vital dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan, karena maju mundurnya lembaga berada dibawah tanggung jawabnya.
Oleh karena itu sebagai kepala madrasah harus faham dengan tupoksinya, yaitu sebagai manajer, sebagai pemimpin, sebagai pendidik. Sebagai kepala Madrasah Ibtidaiyah tentunya pimpinan akan selalu melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan job-jobnya dan kinerja yang diembannya yang sesuai dengan regulasi yang ada.
Selain itu kepala madrasah juga harus bisa memfungsikan potensi yang ada di lembaganya dan memberikan motivasi untuk berkompetisi dan berprestasi bagi guru/pendidik dengan suasana yang kondusif untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Dengan demikian animo masyarakat untuk menyekolahkan anaknya di madrasah semakin meningkat. (fm)
