Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara sungguh-sungguh berkomitmen mensukseskan lomba berskala nasional ini. Kemenag Jepara sendiri mengerahkan hampir seluruh kendaraan dinasnya untuk transportasi peserta dan kontingen MQK di Balekambang Jepara. Transportasi ini meliputi antar jemput peserta dan kontingen di tempat kegiatan demi lancarnya mobilisasi peserta dan kontingen di tempat kegiatan.
Rincian kendaraan yang dikirim yakni 3 kendaraan roda 4 dan 18 roda 2 yang dikirim melalui truk menuju Balekambang. Kendaraan ini dipersiapkan untuk melayani mobilisasi lomba mulai hari Rabu-rabu (28/11-5/12).
Lomba ini sendiri akan dibuka oleh Presiden Joko Widodo, Jum’at (1/12) di Pondok Pesantren Roudlotul Mubtadiin Balekambang Jepara. Dan rencananya Presiden akan membuka pada pagi hari lalu dilanjutkan dengan sholat Jumat di Masjid Agung Jepara lalu pembagian sertifikat dan Kartu Indonesia Pintar di Alun-alun Jepara. Setelah itu presiden akan bertolak kembali ke ibu kota.
