Jepara – Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara sebagai Instansi Pemerintah dalam Pelayanan Publik tahun ini menjadi kantor yang mengambil peran serta mendukung Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia dalam Penilaian Mandiri Pelaksanaan Reformasi Birokrasi (PMPRB). Peran serta tersebut salah satunya adalah mengikuti pengisian instrument penilaian yang dilakukan secara mandiri (self assessment) oleh instansi pemerintah. Yang dinilai meliputi 6 area perubahan: Manajemen Perubahan, Penataan Tata Laksana, Penataan Sistem Manajemen SDM, Penguatan Akuntabilitas, Penguatan Pengawasan dan Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik
Kemenag Jepara mengikuti Submit Penilaian Mandiri Pelaksanaan Zona Integritas (PMPZI) menuju Wilayah Bebas Korupsi (WBK) dan Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih Melayani (WBBM) Tahun 2020. Acara yang diadakan secara resmi oleh Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang diikuti seluruh Kepala KanKemenag Kab/Kota Se Jateng untuk Submit secara serentak (14/12) melalui aplikasi virtual.
Kepala KanKemenag Jepara, melelaui Kasubbag TU Drs. H. Ali Arifin, MM yang melakukan Submit PMPZI 2020 menyampaikan bahwa Kegiatan ini menindaklanjuti Surat Sekretaris Jenderal Kemenag RI Nomor : B-517/B.IV/OT.00.3/12/2020 tanggal 2 Desember 2020 Tentang Rapat Tindak Lanjut Percepatan Implementasi Reformasi Birokrasi melalui Pembangunan Zona Integritas Menuju Wilayah Bebas dari Korupsi (WBK) dan Wilayah Birokrasi Bersih dan Melayani (WBBM) Kementerian Agama 2020-2024.
“Adanya PMPRB dan PMPZI digunakan sebagai instrumen untuk mengukur kemajuan pelaksanaan reformasi dan pembangunan Zona Integritas (ZI) secara mandiri (self assessment) oleh instansi pemerintah termasuk Kantor Kemenag Jepara” ungkap Arifin
Hal ini juga dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi perkembangan pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi di instansi pemerintah dan upaya-upaya perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Kemenag Jepara telah melakukan upaya-upaya perbaikan seperti: Menerbitkan SK Tim Reformasi Birokrasi dan ZI dengan memilih pejabat dan pelaksana yang dianggap mampu membuat perubahan, membuat Spanduk dan Banner Pencanaganan Kemenag sebagai Zona Integritas Wilayah Bebas Korupsi, menjalankan Lima Budaya Kerja, menetapkan agen-agen perubahan yang diharapkan membuat inovasi perbaikan didalam pelaksanaan kerja, menerbitkan Proses Bisnis dan SOP seluruh pelayanan, penerapan Aplikasi Pelayanan berbasis Web, penerapan Aplikasi Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja PNS dan Inovasi pelayanan yang terdapat di Kantor Kemenag Jepara.
“Dengan adanya perubahan-perubahan yang telah dilakukan di KanKemenag Jepara ke depannya diharapkan mampu menciptakan birokrasi pemerintah yang bersih dan bebas dari KKN, serta mampu melayani publik secara prima. Reformasi birokrasi menjadi salah satu langkah pemerintah untuk mewujudkan good governance dan melakukan pembaharuan serta perubahan mendasar terhadap sistem penyelenggaraan pemerintahan” tutupnya (sn)
