Jepara – Kepala Seksi Pendidikan Agama Islam (Kasi PAIS) Kantor Kementerian Agama (Kankemenag) Kabupaten Jepara Drs. H. A. Najib, M.Pd.I., mengatakan pretest yang akan dilaksanakan untuk guru-guru PAI Kabupaten Jepara melalui Lembaga Penjamin Mutu Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Tengah adalah untuk mengukur kompetensi guru.
“Guru harus betul-betul memiliki kompetensi karenanya pretest ini merupakan salah satu alat ukur untuk mengetahui sejauhmana kompetensi yang dimiliki guru tersebut agar pada saat melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai guru betul-betul profesional,” ujarnya saat dikonfirmasi terkait dengan pemberkasan Pretest guru PAI, Rabu (02/10/19) di ruang Kerja Kasi PAI.
Najib menyampaikan sebelum pelaksanaan Pretes seluruh guru PAI yang ada dilingkungan Kemenag Kabupaten Jepara diwajibkan untuk melaksanakan pemberkasan sebagai syarat untuk mengikuti Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Profesi Guru.
“Ini ditujukan kepada guru-guru PAI yang mengajar pada TK/SD/SMP/SMA/SMK Negeri dengan SK Pengangkatan diatas tahun 2012 dan Pejabat yang mengangkatnya harus dari Bupati Jepara, sedangkan untuk sekolah swasta diangkat oleh Yayasan setempat,”ungkapnya.
Selanjutnya Najib mengharapkan semua peserta yang mengikuti pretest nantinya mempersiapkan diri dengan baik.
“Hal ini tentu tidak saja terkait dengan kompetensi guru tetapi juga terkait dengan kesejahteraan, karena guru hanya akan diberikan tunjangan sertifikasi profesional guru, jika telah mengikuti dan lulus pada PPG tersebut,” pungkasnya.
Sementara, Sami’an guru SMP Negeri 3 Batealit salah satu calon peserta pre test, menyampaikan kedatangannya ke Kemenag terkait edaran dengan guru honorer yang TMTnya dari 2015, untuk bisa mengusulkan keikutsertaannya pada PPG.
“Adapun berkas kami siapkan untuk mengikuti pretest adalah NUPTK, SK TMTnya tahun 2015, SK pembagian tugas, jadwal mengajar, yang semuanya diupload dan diaktifkan di akun siaga masing –masing.
Sami’an mengaku tidak ada kendala teknis dan aman dikerenakan berkas-berkas yang diperlukan semuanya sudah ada.
“Sedangkan subtansi materi yang akan diujikan belum ada gambaran, jadi bisa mencari informasi, dengan harapan dapat lebih meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI dan juga untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan,” terangnya. (sn)
