Jepara – Penyelenggaraan ibadah umrah akan memasuki tahap ketiga. Arab Saudi dijadwalkan akan memberi kesempatan jemaah dari luar negaranya pada 1 November 2020. Namun, itu akan diawali pengumuman daftar negara yang diperbolehkan memberangkatkan jemaahnya demikian disampaikan H. Musta’in Ahmad, SH, MH selaku Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada acara Sosialisasi Orientasi Penyelesaian Dokumen dan Perlengkapan Haji Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara bertempat di Aula Satu Jalan Ratu Kalinyamat beberapa waktu yang lalu.
Skema pelindungan jika jemaah Indonesia diizinkan umrah sudah disiapkan, “Kemenag sudah menyiapkan skema pelindungan, pelayanan, dan pembinaan. Yang penting kita siap ketika Indonesia diperbolehkan kirim jemaah. Karena ini bagian pelayanan,” kata Musta’in
Kriteria jemaah, protokol kesehatan, dan kemungkinan karantina sudah dibahas dengan stakeholders, termasuk kementerian/lembaga terkait dan para Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah (PPIU). Ada persyaratan bebas Covid, sehingga ada protokol tertentu yang harus diterapkan. Ini harus kita siapkan.
“Keberanianmu Menakutkan Diriku, Masyarakat Indonesia harus mampu menunjukkan ketaatan protokol kesehatan agar Arab Saudi memberi kesempatan Jemaah Indonesia diperbolehkan umrah khususnya haji tahun depan,”tegas Musta’in
Siapapun bisa terkena Covid-19 ini, tidak ada kecuali, mari kita saling berempati, saling menguatkan, dan berikhtiar dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan dengan lakukan 3 M : memakai masker, mencuci tangan memakai air mengalir dan sabun sampai bersih, serta menjaga jarak hindari kerumunan . Semoga pandemi ini bisa segera teratasi
Indonesia harus bisa memastikan skema pelindungan tersebut disesuaikan dengan ketentuan yang diberlakukan Saudi. Saudi sudah menerbitkan edaran terkait umrah di masa pandemi. Edaran itu antara lain mengatur bahwa akomodasi atau kamar hotel maksimal diisi dua orang dengan jarak tempat tidur minimal dua meter serta penerapan protokol pada setiap aspek layanan, transportasi, konsumsi, dan akomodasi.
Pihak Kanwil terus berkomunikasi dengan Kemenag RI Pusat dan Konsul Haji KJRI Jeddah untuk update perkembangan kebijakan Arab Saudi. Setiap kebijakan baru yang dikeluarkan Saudi akan diinformasikan ke publik agar menjadi perhatian bersama. Acara sosialisasi ini dihadiri oleh Kepala KanKemenag Kab. Jepara, Para Pejabat Struktural, Fungsional, ASN Kemenag, Kepala Madrasah Negeri, Kepala KUA dan PPIU serta KBIHU Kab. Jepara dengan patuhi protokol kesehatan. (sn/rf)
