Jepara – Pelaksana Tugas Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara Muh.Habib ingin meningkatkan gerakan wakaf tunai melalui Badan Wakaf Indonesia Kabupaten Jepara. Hal tersebut disampaikannya di sela kegiatan Pembinaan Nadzir Wakaf Kabupaten (19/02) yang berlangsung di Gedung Shima Jepara yang diikuti 100 peserta dari para tokoh agama, nadzir wakaf dan pengurus masjid serta Kepala KUA beserta Penyuluh Agama Islam dari 16 kecamatan.
“Dengan adanya wakaf uang, ketika ada orang yang ingin berwakaf tidak harus menunggu menjadi kaya. Kita bisa membantu saudara-saudara kita yang kurang beruntung, yang memang masih membutuhkan uluran tangan dan bantuan kita,” terang Habib
Wakaf pada umumnya berupa benda tidak bergerak seperti tanah atau bangunan. Namun sebenarnya wakaf juga bisa berupa barang bergerak, seperti kendaraan, alat industri, maupun benda bergerak berupa uang.
Wakaf uang pada dasarnya sama seperti pada wakaf umumnya, yakni menahan hak milik atas suatu benda untuk tujuan menyedekahkan manfaatnya di jalan Allah. Wakaf uang sifatnya mudah karena dengan berapapun uang yang dimiliki sudah bisa menjadi wakif (orang yang memberi wakaf). Benda wakaf berupa uang memiliki keluwesan atau fleksibilitas dan kemaslahatan besar oleh benda lain, sehingga manfaat wakaf lebih mudah didapatkan.
Dana yang diwakafkan tidak akan berkurang jumlahnya, melainkan sebaliknya, dana tersebut akan berkembang melalui investasi yang dijamin aman, dengan pengelolaan secara amanah, bertanggung jawab, profesional, dan transparan. Sedangkan adanya wakaf ini untuk peningkatan kemaslahatan umum, seperti prasarana ibadah dan sosial, serta kesejahteraan masyarakat.
Masyarakat jepara yang mau mewakafkan uangnya bisa ke Lembaga Keuangan Syariah Penerima Wakaf Uang (LKS PWU) yang telah bekerjasama dengan BWI, yakni Bank BNI Syariah dengan nomor rekening 2020-233-233, atas nama Perwakilan Badan Wakaf Indonesia Kabuapaten Jepara. Selain itu juga bisa datang langsung ke kantor layanan Perwakilan BWI Kabupaten Jepara di Kantor Kementriaan Agama lantai 2, atau ke Kantor Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat (Kesra) Setda Jepara.
Progam yang diterapkan wakaf uang ini masyarakat bumi kartini bisa ambil bagian, sejalan dengan program dari Kemenag Penyelenggara Zakat dan Wakaf. Yang dampaknya mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
“Kita bermimpi wakaf tunai ada di Kabupaten Jepara, ini sudah terwujud dengan dilaunchingnya wakaf uang oleh BWI Kantor Pusat kemarin Januari 2020. Semoga ini mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat” tandas Habib. (sn)
