Jepara – (Seksi Bimas Islam) Penyuluh agama adalah pendidik yang memberikan pencerahan keagamaan pada umat yang tidak dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu. Tugas pokok seorang penyuluh agama yaitu bertanggung jawab melaksanakan dan mengembangkan kegiatan bimbingan / penyuluhan agama serta memberikan penerangan tentang program-program pemerintah melalui bahasa agama guna guna meningkatkan peran serta umat dalam melaksanakan pembangunan.
Maka dari itu, untuk meningkatkan kinerja Penyuluh Agama Islam Non PNS dan meningkatkan kwalitas pemahaman agama, Seksi Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam Kantor Kementerian Agama Kab. Jepara melaksanakan Rapat / Evaluasi Triwulan Penyuluh Agama Islam Non PNS pada hari Jum'at, 27 September 2019 yang dihadiri oleh Kepala Seksi Bimas Islam, seluruh Penyuluh PNS dan 130 orang penyuluh Non PNS serta Staff pada Seksi Bimas Islam.
Kasi Bimas Islam Muslich Ahmad menyampaikan kepada seluruh Penyuluh Agama Islam Non PNS agar meningkatkan kinerja dengan melakukan tugas dan fungsi masing-masing, pemilihan materi penyuluhan juga harus tepat, tidak monoton agar bermanfaat bagi umat. Dalam hal ini perencanaan yang matang juga harus dilakukan sehingga tahap pelaksanaan penyuluhan dapat dilaksanakan dengan maksimal dan berjalan sesuai apa yang diharapkan.
Rapat evaluasi ini rutin dilaksanakan setiap 3 bulan sekali, karena melalui evaluasi secara berkala, mampu mengukur pencapaian kinerja dan mampu menemukan kendala-kendala yang menghambat kelancaran tugas sebagai Penyuluh Agama Islam.
“Masalah yang kita hadapi adalah juga bentuk kasih sayang Allah SWT,” ungkap Muslich
Sebab ketika ada masalah, maka kita dipaksa untuk berpikir keras. Sedangkan ketika berpikir keras, jaringan syaraf otak kita menjadi berkembang. Penyuluh dituntut mampu mematangkan perencanaan, memetakan konsep, menyediakan solusi, tajam daya tangkap, tanggap, dan kepekaan diri merespon kondisi yang sedang berlangsung.
