Jepara – Kepala Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Farhani, meresmikan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara, Kamis (21/02).
Dalam sambutannya, Farhani, mengatakan bahwa sudah tidak zamannya lagi mempersulit pelayanan masyarakat. Dengan mengacu pada Nawacita Pemerintahan Jokowi-JK. Kementerian Agama melakukan beberapa langkah penyempurnaan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat, khususnya di bidang keagamaan dengan melaksanakan system Pelayan Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP).
“PTSP merupakan upaya dari Kemenag untuk menghilangkan stigma yang terkadang masih ditemui dan masih berkembang di masyarakat yaitu pelayanan yang berbela, lama dan mahal. Model pelayanan tersebut adalah sistem pelayanan jahiliyah yang harus segera dihilangkan” ujarnya.
Farhani melanjutkan bahwa zaman dahulu berkembang istilah “kalau bisa dipersulit, kenapa dipermudah?” dengan adanya PTSP sudah dibalik. “Kalau bisa dipermudah, kenapa dipersulit?” ujarnya.
Farhani mengajak ASN Kemenag untuk ikut menyongsong era reformasi birokrasi dengan pelayanan yang mudah, murah dan cepat namun tetap dalam koridor perundang-undangan yang ada dengan mengacu pada lima budaya kerja Kementerian Agama yakni integritas, profesionalitas, inovasi, tanggung jawab, keteladanan. Kementerian Agama bertekad untuk memberikan pelayanan masyarakat yang cepat, mudah, transparan, terukur dan terjangkau.
Farhani mengapresiasi Kankemenag Kabupaten Jepara karena termasuk Kantor Kementerian Agama yang masuk kelompok awal yang merespon instruksi Menteri Agama untuk membuka PTSP diantara 35 Kankemenag Kabupaten se-Jateng.
Farhani berharap PTSP bisa menjadi ruang bagi publik untuk mendapatkan pelayanan yang lebih baik. “Dengan adanya PTSP, angka indeks pelayanan masyarakat dapat meningkat” tuturnya. (fm)
