Jepara – Kepala KanKemenag Kabupaten Jepara meluangkan waktu untuk menyambangi Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Batealit setelah menghadiri acara Ujian Seleksi Substantif Calon Kepala RA yang bertempat di RA. Matholius Sa’adah, Selasa (16/02).
Penerapan aturan protokol kesehatan menjadi poin penting untuk tetap dikawal dengan baik mengingat KUA menjadi kantor pelayanan yang aktif berinteraksi secara langsung dengan masyarakat. “KUA Kecamatan Batealit sudah konsisten dalam mengimplementasikan protokol Kesehatan baik dari pemakaian masker, hand sanitizer, maupun jaga jarak, tetapi perlu diperkuat lagi dengan himbauan tertulis yang bisa dilihat masyarakat secara langsung melalui spanduk atau banner agar diharapkan mampu menghambat penyebaran virus Covid-19,” demikian kata Drs. H. Muh. Habib, MM.
Tidak lupa, dia juga mengingatkan pentingnya menegakkan aturan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh KUA dan memperhatikannya lagi terutama terkait prosedur syarat dan biaya nikah di KUA sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No.78 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 47 tahun 2004 tentang Tarif Atas Jenis Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak Yang Berlaku Pada Departemen Agama (Depag).
Dalam peraturan tersebut menjelaskan bahwa biaya nikah di KUA tidak dipungut biaya dengan syarat prosesi pernikahan harus dilakukan di KUA pada jam kerja operasional dari hari senin sampai dengan jum’at. Akan tetapi jika prosesi akad nikah dilakukan di luar KUA, biaya nikah ditetapkan negara yakni sebesar Rp 600.000.
Sebagai tambahan, pemerintah mulai saat ini telah mewajibkan pasangan yang akan menikah untuk mengikuti bimbingan pranikah terlebih dulu dan memungkinkan adanya tambahan biaya yang akan bergantung ke masing-masing KUA.
Sementara dokumen-dokumen yang perlu disiapkan oleh calon mempelai pria dan wanita sebelum mendaftarkan diri di KUA antara lain:
Calon mempelai pria
- Surat keterangan untuk nikah (model N1)
- Surat keterangan asal-usul (model N2)
- Surat persetujuan mempelai (model N3)
- Surat keterangan tentang orang tua (model N4)
- Surat Kematian Istri (N6) bagi duda yang istri meninggal dunia
- Akta Cerai dari Pengadilan Agama bagi duda cerai
- Surat pemberitahuan kehendak nikah (model N7) apabila calon pengantin berhalangan, pemberitahuan nikah dapat dilakukan oleh wali atau wakilnya
- Fotocopy KTP
- Akta kelahiran
- Kartu keluarga
- Pas foto ukuran 3×2 sebanyak 5 lembar jika calon istri berbeda daerah (latar belakang biru)
- Pas foto ukuran 3×2 sebanyak 3 lembar jika calon istri dari daerah yang sama (latar belakang biru)
- Dispensasi Pengadilan Agama apabila usia kurang dari 19 tahun
- Dispensasi Camat apabila kurang dari 10 hari
- Surat izin atasan bagi anggota TNI/Polri
- Surat keterangan KUA sesuai KTP jika lokasi akad nikah di tempat istri yang berbeda kecamatan
- Surat izin Pengadilan bagi suami yang hendak beristri lebih dari seorang (poligami)
- Surat rekomendasi dari KUA sesuai KTP jika calon istri berbeda alamat domisili
Calon mempelai wanita
- Surat keterangan untuk nikah (model N1)
- Surat keterangan asal-usul (model N2)
- Surat persetujuan mempelai (model N3)
- Surat keterangan tentang orang tua (model N4)
- Surat Kematian suami (N6) bagi janda yang suaminya meninggal dunia
