Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah mengadakan Pembinaan Penyuluh Agama dan Guru non PNS se-Karesidenan Pati pada hari Sabtu (04/11) di Gor STAIN Kudus. Acara ini dihadiri tidak hanya penyuluh agama dan guru non PNS saja, tetapi hadir pula Kepala Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Farhani , dan juga seluruh Kepala Kementerian Agama dan Kepala Madrasah Negeri se-Karesidenan Pati. Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara diantaranya mengirim pula seluruh penyuluh agama dan guru non PNSnya mengikuti kegiatan tersebut.
Acara ini mengundang Ketua Komisi 1 DPR RI, Muhammad Arwani Thomafi sebagai pembicara sekaligus memberi pembinaan kepada seluruh penyuluh agama dan guru non PNS se-Karesidenan Pati. Dalam sambutannya beliau menyampaikan bahwa Penyuluh Agama dan guru non PNS merupakan garda terdepan dalam membentengi NKRI dari faham radikal dan faham yang nyeleneh yang bisa merongrong keutuhan dan persatuan NKRI. Beliau berharap peran Penyuluh Agama dan Guru non PNS agar supaya lebih ditingkatkan, lebih banyak bergerak, dan lebih semangat dalam melaksanakan tugasnya menjaga keutuhan NKRI. Karena diantara tugas kita adalah agar menjaga ukhuwah ukhuwah Islamiyah (persaudaraan umat Islam), ukhuwah wathaniyah (persaudaraan bangsa), dan ukhuwahbasyariyah (persaudaraan umat manusia). Tapi oleh organisasi radikal ukhuwah tersebut seolah-olah ditinggal. Karen yang tidak ikut mereka dianggap agamanya tidak sah.
Lebih lanjut beliau juga mengingatkan bahwa tantangan selanjutnya yakni merebaknya narkoba dilingkungan masyarakat. Seperti yang kita tau bahwa Kepolisian Republik Indonesia baru saja melakukan penangkapan terhadap gembong narkoba dengan barang bukti 1 ton narkoba. Bisa dibayangkan seberapa besar efek merusak dari barang haram tersebut jika sampai kepada masyarakat.
Beliau juga menyampaikan bahwa kekerasan di lembaga pendidikan masih banyak terjadi di negara kita. Maka dari itu bentengi anak kita dari besarnya bahaya tindak kekerasan di sekolah. Tugas kita semua sebagai orang tua dan tenaga pendidik jangan sampai embrio kekerasan tumbuh dalam lingkungan pendidikan di negara kita.
