Jepara – Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara melalui Seksi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAIS) menggelar kegiatan yang bertajuk pembinaan pengawas dan guru PAI seKabupaten Jepara (10/09) yang diikuti dengan protokol kesehatan oleh 40 orang peserta dalam dua sesi.
Kegiatan tersebut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kualitas Guru dan Pengawas PAI di bidang regulasi, supervise klinis, serta terakomodirnya permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Guru dan Pengawas PAI se Jepara utamanya terkait pemutakhiran data Emis Semester Ganjil TP 2020/2021.
Kepala Kemenag Jepara, H. Muh Habib membuka kegiatan tersebut secara resmi di aula lantai dua kantor jalan Ratu Kalinyamat Jepara menyampaikan bahwa pengawas PAI mempunyai peran untuk melihat permasalahan dan melakukan pembinaan terhadap keberlangsungan pendidikan agama Islam dan guru sebagai aktor yang langsung berhadapan dengan para siswa di sekolah.
“Guru dan pengawas pendidikan agama Islam harus terus menjadi teladan dan berkontribusi aktif terhadap pendidikan,” dorong Habib
Berikan contoh yang terbaik, berikan ilmu yang terbaik, tidak akan pernah ada kata bosan dalam mengajar dan membangun generasi bangsa adalah konsekuensi tugas dan fungsi sebagai guru dan pengawas. Belajar tidak mengenal usia dan jabatan, mau belajar terus menerus serta update ilmu, informasi dan ketentuan kebijakan terbaru.
Terdapat beberapa faktor penunjang untuk terwujudnya proses pembelajaran yang baik dan tercapainya tujuan pendidikan, seperti guru, murid, sarana dan prasarana serta Fasilitas yang tersedia. Namun demikian sebaik apapun terselenggaranya proses pembelajaran khususnya interaksi antara guru sebagai pengajar dan murid penerima materi, tetap dibutuhkan peran pengawas pendidikan untuk mengontrol, mengawasi, mengevaluasi penyelenggaraan proses pembelajaran, serta memberikan arahan, bimbingan dan sara-saran ke arah perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran dengan harapan teroptimalisasikannya keberhasilan dan tujuan pendidikan.
