Jepara – Kepala Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara Drs. H. Muh. Habib, MM di dampingi oleh Kasi Pondok Pesantren H. Sudirmanto, SH, MH menyerahkan bantuan covid 19 kepada 84 Pondok Pesantren se Kabupaten Jepara di Aula Utama Ponpes Al Falah Bakalan Kalinyamatan Jepara. 84 Pondok Pesantren tersebut masing-masing mendapatkan Rp 15.000.000 yang di transfer ke Rekening Pondok Pesantren melalui Bank.
Habib menjelaskan bahwa Bantuan Operasional Pondok Pesantren sebagai upaya Negara melindungi warga negaranya melalui Kementerian Agama agar proses belajar mengajar di tengah Pandemi Covid 19 dapat berjalan dengan aman dan lancar serta untuk melindungi Tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik di lingkungan Pondok Psantren agar tidak terpapar Covid 19.
“Gunakan Bantuan Dana Covid 19 ini dengan sebaik-baiknya” ungkap Habib
Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2019 tentang Pesantren menjadi landasan hukum bagi Pesantren dalam melaksanakan fungsi pendidikan, dakwah, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan tetap menjamin kekhasan dan kemandiriannya, sekaligus landasan hukum bagi Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Daerah untuk memberikan afirmasi, rekognisi, dan fasilitasi terhadap Pesantren.
Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Pesantren diakui sebagai bagian dari penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Nasional, mengingat sejarah, peran dan kontribusi nyata Pesantren dalam upaya mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan pembentukan karakter bangsa sejak sebelum kemerdekaan hingga sekarang.
Terdapat beberapa persyaratan yang harus di siapkan untuk proses pencairan di antaranya yaitu, SK Pengurus Lembaga, Izin Operasional, NPWP dan Rekomendasi dari Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jepara.
